The Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack is the State Police patrol post for Wicomico County and the Salisbury area on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. They provide highway enforcement, emergency response, criminal investigations, support to local law enforcement agencies, and community services such as drug disposal and child safety seat checks.

The barrack works closely with Trooper 4, a medevac helicopter based at the Salisbury Regional Airport, which provides aerial law enforcement and life-saving medical transport.
