The Maryland State Police Prince Frederick Barrack is the primary state law enforcement presence for Calvert County. They provide public safety and patrol, highway enforcement, criminal investigations, and community outreach and youth programs, including Camp C.O.P.S., the Explorers Program, and the D.A.R.E. Program in schools.
